Key worker Revd Bill Clark (an accredited Youth Specialist with the Baptist Union).

Bill and the team are based at "The Activity Loft" where they provide a range of clubs, activities and drop-ins for children and young people.  Their work includes community events, school holiday activities and Personal Development programmes supporting schools and those at risk of exclusion from education.

Lyn & Russ Noble.    [Africa Inland Mission International]

Facilitating Adult Literacy in southern Sudan.

Africa Inland Mission International, is an interdenominational, evangelical mission agency working in 14 African and Indian Ocean countries from Chad in the North to Lesotho and Namibia in the south.  AIM is reaching out to un-reached peoples. Through theological education and other specialised help, AIM is working alongside Africa's churches as they serve their communities.  See www.aimint.org/eu

Mark & Sarah Newnham.   [Missionary Aviation Fellowship – MAF]

Moved to Uganda in September 2005.  Mark is a qualified aircraft maintenance engineer working with MAF based in Kampala.  Sarah as well as supporting Mark does other work for MAF Uganda.  For the latest news go to www.mark-sarah-newnham.blogspot.com

MAF is a dynamic worldwide partnership. Their purpose is to speed physical and spiritual care to people in places of deepest human need.  i.e.  In remote places where flying is not a luxury, but a lifeline.  For over 50 years, MAF planes have been serving countless thousands of men, women and children, bringing medical care, emergency food, and Christian hope.  Serving as the air-arm of the church.  Today worldwide, the MAF partnership operates over 150 aircraft from bases in 30 countries.  MAF also provides communications and logistics services to mission communities.

Roy & Jane Jones.   [Mission Africa]

Roy and Jane are based in Chad in the capital N’djaména.  They are involved in providing medical support as well as being involved with other activities.

Mission Africa, formerly known as the Qua Iboe Fellowship, is an interdenominational, evangelical, Christian mission organisation.  It works with national churches and partner agencies in Nigeria, Chad and Bukino Faso.   See www.missionafrica.org.uk

  

Julia Stanbrook.   [BMS World Mission]

Julia went to Brazil in August 2007 and spent a year living in Fortaleza in order to learn Portuguese and for orientation to Brazil.  She is now living and working in São Luis, helping to co-ordinate the pre-schools in the PEPE project that enables churches to run pre-schools for children who live in deprived areas.  Julia is our BMS World Mission link missionary.
